My stay at Amara Singapore had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT and close to Chinatown. but the check-in experience was less than ideal. I faced long queues, and my room wasn't ready upon arrival. Additionally, the customer service left something to be desired, especially during breakfast. Overall, it was a blend of great location but disappointing service.
